Cask Maturation

First Barrel – Ex-Bourbon Cask: 12 years in American white oak in Scotland, developing creamy caramel, vanilla, and honey flavours.

Second Barrel – Oloroso Sherry Cask: 1 year in Nepal, adding depth, smoothness, and dried fruit notes.

Third Barrel – Pedro Ximenez Cask: 6 months in Nepal, imparting rich raisin notes and sherry sweetness.
