Booze Express coordinates fulfilment from its Epping warehouse and authorised partner locations.

Orders may be dispatched from different locations depending on:

• Proximity to the customer's address.

Orders containing multiple products may arrive in separate shipments.

Standard orders are generally dispatched within 1–3 business days, while Express orders generally receive priority dispatch within 1 business day.

Express shipping does not guarantee next-business-day delivery, as courier transit times depend on the destination and available delivery network.

We do not deliver to the Northern Territory or to locations where alcohol delivery is prohibited.

All partner dispatch and delivery arrangements must comply with applicable liquor licensing laws.

Customers will be notified when their order is ready.

Valid identification and order confirmation may be required before goods are released.
